Description

You will lead teams building ML/AI solutions for Stripe's Payment Intelligence suite, driving strategic adoption of AI across payments. You'll oversee the decisioning platform, develop foundation models, and enhance analytics and risk management to optimize payment performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years building and shipping ML models for AI/ML product features with DNNs, Transformers, FMs
• 5+ years managing and developing a team of managers
• Strong builder mentality with ability to define charter and lead complex system development
• Proven ability to shepherd large projects and drive transformational change
• Deep passion for solving interesting problems and engaging with customers

Responsibilities

• Lead development of decisioning platform for consistent ML/AI decisions across payment lifecycle
• Collaborate with ML Foundations team to deploy Stripe's Foundation Model for risk, conversion, and growth
• Extend performance analytics, observability, and risk management capabilities across Stripe
• Expand Payments Analytics solution to surface performance opportunities and automate improvements
