You'll serve as second-in-command at a 576-unit apartment community, driving leasing and retention through exceptional resident experiences. You'll lead a team, manage financials, and ensure property standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead leasing efforts through personalized tours and community outreach
• Manage rent collection, posting, and delinquency reduction
• Ensure property interior and exterior meet brand standards
• Coach and mentor team members in absence of General Manager

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in property management, hospitality, or retail
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with rent collection and budgets
• Proficiency with YARDI or similar property software

• Social media marketing skills (Facebook, Instagram)
• Sales aptitude
