You'll join Anagram's dynamic Customer Support team, guiding and supporting eye care providers in using our insurance billing platform. You'll be the friendly face of Anagram, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with healthcare providers through chat and email. Your contributions will have a direct impact on providers and our business.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide timely, accurate support via chat and email
  • Guide customers through platform features and functionalities
  • Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and customer records
  • Share updates about new features with customers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3+ years experience in customer service or support
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with Intercom, Slack, HubSpot, & Google Workspace

  • Passion for healthcare and improving patient/provider experience
  • Experience at a SaaS company or fast-growing startup
  • Knowledge of Medical Insurance Terminology
