Description

As a Customer Support Coach, you'll be the voice of our customers, resolving questions and troubleshooting issues across chat, email, and phone to ensure a seamless experience for hotel partners. You'll build strong relationships, promote software adoption, and gather feedback to shape our platform.

Requirements

  • 1+ years hospitality experience in Front Desk, Night Auditor, Revenue Manager, or similar
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Native or fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Skill with computers and systems

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support existing customers in using our software
  • Resolve inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other media
  • Troubleshoot and make outbound calls for escalated issues
  • Foster strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention
  • Gather feedback and requirements for future releases
