Description

You will oversee daily operations of a vehicle reconditioning center, managing up to 70 associates and at least 5 leads in a lean manufacturing environment. Your role focuses on meeting quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to stand/walk extensively and lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inspection center operations
• Mentor direct reports, lead succession planning, and performance management
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics
• Maintain a positive team culture aligned with company values
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines
