  • Lead a distributed team of 6-8 senior Account Managers
  • Retain portfolio of 175 accounts per manager
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and performance management
  • Serve as escalation point and meet with customers monthly

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 15+ years in Business Development, Sales or Account Management
  • 5+ years managing metrics-driven customer-facing teams
  • Experience independently developing plans of action
  • Excellent written communication for senior stakeholders
