You'll work with high-profile enterprise clients to shape digital experiences using composable commerce architecture and AI-accelerated tools. Your impact includes helping lead the next generation of eCommerce experiences and mentoring teammates to elevate development practices. You'll also evaluate and apply AI-assisted development responsibly to boost efficiency and creativity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and mentor developers in designing and implementing project work.
• Collaborate with designers and Product Managers within Agile framework.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Write clean, efficient code and participate in code reviews.
• Leverage modern AI-powered developer tools to improve velocity and quality.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a full-stack JavaScript developer.
• Experience working with eCommerce or retail POS/OMS systems.
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript, etc.).
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with modern AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Devin, GitHub Copilot).
