Description

You will lead the vision and strategy for Roku's proprietary business applications, transforming them from human-driven workflow tools into AI-first systems. You'll work to decouple operational headcount from business growth by integrating AI and LLM tooling, and partner with teams managing Salesforce and campaign management systems to ensure seamless data flow across the ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years product management experience
• 3+ years managing/scaling PM teams at Senior Manager or Director level
• Track record building complex operational workflows with AI replacing human execution
• Deep understanding of enterprise platform integration

Responsibilities

• Define the AI-First Vision for business applications portfolio
• Decouple headcount from growth via AI opportunities
• Drive ecosystem integration with Salesforce and campaign management systems
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers
• Act as primary bridge between Product/Engineering and Operations, Support, and Risk teams
