You'll lead design direction for GenAI-enabled enterprise web products, defining patterns for human-AI collaboration. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve design principles for GenAI collaboration.
• Lead prototyping and testing of AI experiences from concept to shipped features.
• Set success metrics with Product and iterate based on qualitative/quantitative signals.
• Evolve the design system with AI-ready components and patterns.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years product design experience with complex enterprise web apps.
• 1-3 years in a lead capacity (workstream or strategy ownership).
• Experience designing GenAI features beyond chat interfaces.
• Strong interaction design skills for complex workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI UX concepts and trade-offs.
• Experience in regulated/high-trust domains.
• Degree in design, HCI, or related field.
