Description

You will lead the Industrial Engineering organization, defining and optimizing systems across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. You'll build a team focused on process design, capacity analysis, layout optimization, and lean implementation to support the production of all-electric aircraft.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in industrial engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Deep expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
• Hands-on experience with time studies, motion analysis (MODAPTS), and work measurement tools
• Skilled with discrete event simulation tools and plant layout tools

Responsibilities

• Lead Industrial Engineering organization, defining and optimizing systems globally
• Build and develop a team focused on process design, capacity analysis, layout optimization, and lean implementation
• Own Manufacturing System Design (MSD) ensuring integration of people, machines, materials, and information
• Drive standardization of IE methodologies (SWI, WCT, SOS, PFEP, VSM, OEE, capacity studies)
• Oversee plant and warehouse layout design, material flow, and capital expenditure planning
