You'll oversee entity formation, regulatory filings, and insurance claims for a student living company. You'll manage the claims team and support corporate compliance. Multi-jurisdictional compliance and insurance administration are key aspects of this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and submit documentation for new business entities.
• File annual reports for all portfolio entities.
• Manage the Claims administration team and oversee insurance claims.
• Support property operations with insurance claims process information.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-10 years experience in legal, insurance, or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• 5-day in office schedule; not remote.

✨ Nice to Have

• Paralegal or similar certification.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Coupa and property management systems.
