You'll build the intelligent orchestration layer for Airwallex's business account ecosystem, connecting Cash, Yield, Lending, and more into a unified financial experience. Your work will directly power programmable financial automation for global businesses. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the technical foundations of a core business platform from its early stages.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to backend architecture and technical vision for Yield squad.
• Own end-to-end delivery of core investment workflows.
• Build mission-critical financial infrastructure like reconciliation controls.
• Write high-quality, testable code with focus on reliability and observability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Infrastructure, and Design teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience solving distributed systems challenges (scalability, consistency, latency).
• Mastery of backend technologies (Kotlin, Vert.x, Temporal, Kafka preferred).
• Experience with cloud technologies (GCP or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with observability tooling (Splunk, NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in fintech or financial infrastructure.
