Description

As the ABM Program Director, you will manage the day-to-day operations of Ford's Audience Based Marketing model, coordinating cross-functional teams across media, creative, strategy, analytics, and CRM to ensure smooth workflow from audience discovery through activation and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience managing cross-channel marketing programs
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Familiarity with audience-based marketing and data-driven campaigns
  • Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and risk across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own ABM operating system including cadence, documentation, and status reporting
  • Build and maintain master integrated ABM plan across all phases and channels
  • Coordinate audience brief development and ensure alignment with messaging and channel implications
  • Manage weekly performance reviews and optimization tracking with analytics and media teams
  • Serve as central coordination point for Ford stakeholders and agency partners
