You'll join Vestwell's Operations team to provide operational support for savers and sponsors in the financial technology space. Your core impact will be processing inbound account documentation and inquiries, ensuring timely, high-quality customer service. This role offers exposure to a growing fintech platform and a collaborative hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process inbound documentation and written inquiries per policies
• Contribute to client engagement initiatives and projects
• Provide timely, accurate customer support via multiple channels
• Handle confidential data and ensure proper security protocols

📋 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent customer service experience
• Effective communication skills with all levels
• Prior experience with operational tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Asana)
• Ability to work in-office 4 days per week in King of Prussia, PA
