💼 About This Role

You'll manage hospital and skilled nursing facility accounts to generate referrals for senior living placement. You'll drive lead generation and move-ins while building relationships with healthcare professionals. This role offers uncapped earning potential with a base salary up to $95,000.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate qualified patient referrals from assigned accounts
• Develop and grow book of accounts to increase referral volume
• Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and presentations
• Educate families on care options and coordinate with Senior Living Advisors

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience with exceptional prospecting
• Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
• Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

• Bachelor's degree
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
