🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with executives on financial strategy and planning
• Lead forecasting, close, and commentary for virtual care
• Manage unit costs and headcount tracking
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years operational FP&A experience
• Experience supporting cost center owners and forecasting
• Strong systems skills (Anaplan or comparable tools)
• Experience in healthcare (clinic delivery)
