🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales team members
• Monitor sales metrics like fleet utilization and territory coverage
• Conduct monthly sales reviews and performance evaluations
• Manage and support job site activities with remote and on-site involvement

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in management
• Outside sales history or sales management experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
