💼 About This Role

You'll join Highbar's ABPTRFE-accredited residency to become an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). You'll treat patients full-time while receiving advanced mentorship and tuition-free training. This program offers direct access patient care and leadership development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Master advanced examination and treatment techniques for orthopedic conditions
• Develop strong clinical reasoning as a first-contact provider
• Provide evidence-based education for patients, students, and peers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited DPT program
• Active PT license in Rhode Island or Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• English language proficiency for non-native speakers
