You will lead the Metasearch Research team to understand how travellers choose and book travel options across flights, hotels, packages, and cars. You will shape research strategy, enable decision-making, and champion the traveler's perspective in product development.

• Mentor and empower researchers, refining craft and adopting new tools
• Partner with CX, Product, Design, and Analytics to shape questions and craft narratives
