Description

As Director of Data Engineering, you will define and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy, architect and deliver modern data platforms, and lead a high-performing team to enable data-driven decision making across the organization. You will own the data platform vision, ensure governance and security, and enable AI-ready capabilities through platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

Requirements

• Senior IT leadership experience with data engineering and analytics
• Strategic vision with operational accountability across the data lifecycle
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, SQL Server, Power BI, and Copilot
• Ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate strategy into data products
• Experience building and leading high-performing data engineering and architecture teams

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise Data Engineering and Business Intelligence strategy aligned to business priorities
• Architect, build, and evolve a modern, cloud-native data platform ecosystem
• Oversee enterprise data ingestion, integration, storage, and processing across structured and unstructured sources
• Enable governed self-service analytics via semantic models, standardized metrics, and enterprise BI
• Own the lifecycle, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise data products and analytics capabilities
