You'll lead architectural design and implementation of a next-gen automation platform for post-sales experiences. You will drive technical strategies and build backend systems and microservices for a fast-moving startup backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement backend systems, services, and APIs
• Build out system microservices and cloud services
• Define system architectures and service contracts
• Work with data science team to build models and simulations

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in startup environments
• Proficiency in Typescript/Javascript or Python
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Strong data modeling skills across relational and non-relational stores

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with external services like Salesforce, Pendo, Gainsight
• Experience with asynchronous workflow orchestration
• Experience with React web UI development
