You'll manage a portfolio of 100-125 high-capacity donors, securing gifts of $10,000 or more for Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest. You'll build relationships and advance donors through the lifecycle, contributing to critical reproductive healthcare services across Southern California. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on a vital mission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of 100-125 major donor prospects.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors for gifts of $10,000+.
• Develop individualized donor plans and build relationships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and volunteer committees.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of nonprofit major gift fundraising experience.
• Proven track record securing gifts of $10,000 or more.
• Willingness to travel throughout San Diego, Riverside, Imperial counties.
