You will own Casechek's end-to-end marketing strategy, driving demand generation, brand, communications, and product marketing. This role requires a passionate, creative thinker with experience bringing SaaS platforms to market and a base desire to solve complex problems in healthcare.

Requirements

• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
• Proven success managing and developing marketing teams
• Healthcare industry experience ideally in Supply Chain, OR, or Medical Devices
• Experience scaling SaaS marketing organizations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual integrated marketing plans
• Drive product marketing strategy including content creation and sales enablement
• Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team
• Create and maintain messaging frameworks and solution playbooks
• Conduct market intelligence and voice-of-customer research
