You'll build the operational and analytical foundation that scales AirOps to $100M and beyond. You'll systematize the repetitive, sprint into the strategic, and help the business run faster and smarter at every layer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own operating cadences (Annual Planning, WBRs, OKRs)
• Design AI-native workflows across Deal Desk and Business Reporting
• Embed into functions for 2–4 week strategic sprints
• Own deep analytical work (pricing, cohorts, forecasting)

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations in a high-growth environment
• Highly analytical — build revenue models and cohort analyses from scratch
• Automation-native — use AI tools to eliminate manual work
• Systems-oriented — turn recurring work into structured frameworks
