Description

As an Application Specialist at InterSystems, you will deploy the TrakCare product by providing application knowledge and delivery services. You'll work directly with customers up to 50% of the time, implementing the software, conducting training and workshops, and managing change requests to ensure successful project phases.

Requirements

• Understanding of Hospital Information, Patient Administration, and Clinical Information Systems
• Experience in implementation of product solutions
• Solid grasp of computer systems, software development, and deployment methodology
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within tight time constraints
• Proven ability to work through problems with different customer groups achieving positive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to understand work processes and requirements
• Implement TrakCare application to suit customer business requirements
• Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations and workshops
• Implement and control change management requests from clients
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for TrakCare implementations
