🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize assembly processes for thermal battery systems
• Build virtual process models using simulation tools
• Own DFM/DFA guidance for mechanical and thermal subsystems
• Define tooling, fixtures, and test equipment requirements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5-8 years experience in manufacturing process development
• Proven experience managing equipment or automation projects full-lifecycle
• Deep knowledge of continuous improvement and root cause analysis
