You'll drive zero-to-one market expansion in Italy for B2G SaaS products Waste & Safety. You'll build pipeline, close 8+ contracts totaling โ‚ฌ250k ARR, and adapt the sales playbook. You'll lay foundations for a scalable local team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and convert B2G pipeline through complex SaaS sales cycles
  • Close 8+ contracts to reach โ‚ฌ250k ARR
  • Adapt sales playbook for Italian market: messaging, methods, prospecting
  • Manage 6-9 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven track record in complex sales (6+ month cycles, โ‚ฌ30k+ deals, โ‚ฌ250k+ targets)
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies and strategic accounts
  • Full working proficiency in Italian and English
  • Based in Milan with ability for in-person client meetings across Italy

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience as first sales/country opener in Italian-speaking market
  • Experience selling to public authorities
