You'll drive zero-to-one market expansion in Italy for B2G SaaS products Waste & Safety. You'll build pipeline, close 8+ contracts totaling โฌ250k ARR, and adapt the sales playbook. You'll lay foundations for a scalable local team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and convert B2G pipeline through complex SaaS sales cycles
- Close 8+ contracts to reach โฌ250k ARR
- Adapt sales playbook for Italian market: messaging, methods, prospecting
- Manage 6-9 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record in complex sales (6+ month cycles, โฌ30k+ deals, โฌ250k+ targets)
- Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies and strategic accounts
- Full working proficiency in Italian and English
- Based in Milan with ability for in-person client meetings across Italy
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience as first sales/country opener in Italian-speaking market
- Experience selling to public authorities
