Description

You will architect developer tooling and platform infrastructure to enable engineers and AI agents to build software faster, acting as a force multiplier for the engineering organization. You'll build the 'Operating System' for the team, removing bottlenecks between human intent and shipped code.

Requirements

• Typically 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep familiarity with modern AI coding workflows (Cursor, Claude Code)
• Focus on solving user problems and shipping solutions
• Uncompromising focus on velocity and excellence
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and ship complex features with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Architect the 'Agent-Ready' infrastructure, building sandboxed environments and headless interfaces for AI agents
• Embed with product teams to identify friction in the 'Plan → Code → Test' loop and ship 0-to-1 internal tools
• Replace manual human validation with deterministic proof; build validation frameworks for agents to verify their own work
• Act as technical scout, evaluating emerging agentic frameworks to inform build-vs-buy strategy
