You'll operate as an extension of the CEO, turning ideas into execution across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. You will drive the highest-priority initiatives from US expansion to closing key hires. This is a high-agency role in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive US market entry from strategy to hands-on execution
• Build and execute initial hiring plans to source and close talent
• Support fundraising efforts including materials and investor coordination
• Establish A1's US presence including office setup and vendors

📋 Requirements

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
• High agency with ability to figure things out and move independently
• Strong judgment to prioritize and decide with incomplete information
• Clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders and external partners
