You'll be the connective tissue between customers and the Coframe team, ensuring every customer's program is healthy and delivers measurable ROI. You'll own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion, driving adoption and revenue.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own customer outcomes from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Lead onboarding with Growth Strategists and engineers.
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact between customers and Coframe.
  • Drive adoption through business reviews and demos.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS.
  • Metrics-obsessed with ability to quantify customer value.
  • Experience as trusted advisor to VPs/CMOs/CPOs.
  • Deep product knowledge of A/B testing and AI-driven experimentation.
