Responsibilities
- Own primary client relationships and ensure presence/oversight
- Act as agency ambassador for ad hoc issues and opportunities
- Maintain guru status and engage for key strategic meetings
- Lead onboarding of all new clients regardless of level
- Actively seek and close large strategic new business opportunities
