💼 About This Role

You'll join Emburse's R&D team to build and maintain test automation for data pipelines and analytics platforms. You'll enhance data quality and reliability across our AI-powered travel and expense solutions. This role offers collaboration with top engineers on cutting-edge data systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain automated tests for ETL/ELT pipelines and data services
• Build test automation frameworks using Python/pytest and dbt tests
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring using tools like Great Expectations
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to validate business logic

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of testing or SDET experience with data systems
• SQL proficiency for complex analytical validation
• Python proficiency for test automation and data manipulation
• Cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with dbt and data observability platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
