You'll drive the product vision for Regal's Voice AI agents, setting quality benchmarks and evaluation frameworks. You'll translate frontier AI research into production improvements that directly impact customer conversations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the quality bar for Voice AI agents.
• Optimize latency-cost-intelligence tradeoff strategy.
• Build evaluation and benchmarking frameworks.
• Drive competitive differentiation through model selection.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years experience as Product Manager or similar.
• Experience with AI/ML products or developer platforms.
• Built or contributed to evaluation frameworks or A/B testing.
• Strong communication and leadership in ambiguous environments.

• Computer Science or Engineering background.
• Experience with speech-to-text or text-to-speech.
