You'll own the design and delivery of benefits programs across EMEA and APAC markets, ensuring every employee has access to locally competitive benefits. You'll partner with US teams to drive a consistent global employee experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize benefits programs across multiple countries
• Manage renewals, plan changes, and open enrollment lifecycle
• Administer benefits in Workday ensuring data accuracy
• Handle employee inquiries and escalations with empathy

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years experience in benefits program management
• Deep knowledge of international benefits and leave programs
• Workday proficiency including benefits configuration
• Experience managing vendor and broker relationships

• Experience in UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, Sweden, India, Singapore, or Australia
• US benefits literacy
