You will ensure Oscar's compliance with industry regulations and laws by reviewing practices, creating policies, and performing audits. You'll collaborate with departments, provide training, and support regulatory visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 1+ year health plan compliance experience
• 2+ years with State DOI rules, CMS ACA requirements
• 2+ years managing high-volume projects
• Fluency with State DOI audit/reporting obligations

Responsibilities

• Communicate with departments to ensure compliance levels
• Provide training on regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement compliance improvement plans
• Assist with regulatory site visits and external audits
• Conduct regular compliance audits
