You'll drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue for Harness's AI software delivery platform in the Northeast region. Your core impact is developing and executing go-to-market strategies with channel and SI partners to generate net new enterprise business. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop joint business plans with strategic partners to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with partners and sales teams to identify mutual prospects.
  • Create enablement plans for partner technical pre-sales and post-sales.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners into the ecosystem.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in partnership development and management.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement with reseller and SI partnerships.
  • Established partner relationships across the Northeast.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC-based sales methodology.

  • Prior experience in a start-up environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tracking tools.
