💼 About This Role

You'll own financial planning and modeling and management reporting at Brex, directly informing the company business plan and executive reporting. You will be a core contributor to AI-first initiatives and financial systems roadmap, using AI as the default lens for every workflow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own forecasting planning process and manage operational models
• Review, evaluate, and improve financial models for OKRs and reporting
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and G&A finance
• Own monthly management reporting and bi-weekly rolling forecast for executives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking experience
• AI-first mindset with active experimentation and automation using AI tools
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with experience building financial models

• Experience with financial systems and automation tools
• Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools
