Description

You will manage the entire product life cycle for consumer-facing ticket products, leading agile squads, writing user stories, and collaborating with engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality products that improve the fan experience.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree; Business, MIS, CS or related field preferred
• 2-5 years experience in Product Management/Product Owner role
• Strong execution skills managing sprint ceremonies and backlogs
• Skilled in Jira and backlog management
• Knowledge of Agile/SDLC delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution for agile squads, leading sprint ceremonies
• Write and prioritize Jira tickets to maintain a healthy backlog
• Manage intake of questions and blockers from Engineering, QA, and cross-functional partners
• Drive continuous improvement by designing systems processes and measuring objectives
• Define and track product KPIs to support performance reporting and recommend improvements
