💼 About This Role

You'll join Binance's VIP & Institutional team to acquire and develop relationships with major institutional clients. You'll leverage the world's largest crypto exchange to serve top-tier clients and build your portfolio. Remote work and global travel are key aspects of this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Acquire and develop trust relationships with major institutional/VIP clients
• Expand existing customer relationships through sustained communication
• Build key customer service processes and track client status
• Analyze user behavior and provide product feedback to teams

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years sales experience in financial services (banking, investments, FX)
• Experience with CRM tools and working autonomously
• Portfolio including institutional clients or HNW individuals
• Fluency in English for coordinating with global stakeholders
