Description

As a Fulfillment Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients, coordinate fulfillment of physical awards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, people-oriented personality
• Meticulous attention to detail
• 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in client relations preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and respond to fulfillment requests
• Place and manage recurring orders through internal systems
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Client Success, and Implementation
• Coordinate with Fulfillment Team for on-demand orders and quotes
• Lead new clients through setup process and maintain vendor communication
