🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive cross-functional initiatives from scoping to handoff with playbooks
• Redesign implementation workflows to boost site go-live throughput
• Define pricing, packaging, and SKU strategy with pilot measurement
• Build RevOps infrastructure including dashboards and ROI frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 4–8 years in top-tier consulting, BizOps, strategy, or founder/operator roles
• Cross-functional initiative ownership such as pricing or RevOps programs
• Analytical capability with Excel/Sheets and ability to interpret SQL/BI output
• Executive communication skills for memos and stakeholder management

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
• Familiarity with modern data stacks like Snowflake, dbt, Sigma
• Experience building operating cadences in high-growth SaaS
