💼 About This Role

You'll lead multidimensional tax engagements for industry-defining digital asset companies in a fast-moving sector. You'll drive client leadership, business development, and thought leadership to help scale BPM's footprint across the blockchain ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise clients on entity structuring, tokenomics, and cross-border tax implications
• Conduct advanced tax research and review filings for digital-asset transactions
• Lead thought leadership and publish white papers, briefs, and market commentary
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and quality control for advisory projects

📋 Requirements

• CPA license, JD, or EA
• 5+ years of experience in corporate or partnership tax
• Strong written communication skills to convey technical complexity
• Experience managing engagements, budgets, and client workflows

• Knowledge of digital-asset market structure or blockchain fundamentals
• Experience with token mechanics or on-chain analytics tools
• Demonstrated interest in DeFi or blockchain infrastructure
