Description
You will drive growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities for Recharge's subscription platform. You'll lead product demos, manage the full sales cycle, and build trust with merchants of various sizes and industries.
Requirements
- 1-3 years inside technology sales experience with consultative success
- Strong work ethic and ability to overcome objections and build trust
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; experience with sales automation tools preferred
- Ability to work 9am-5pm schedule and travel up to 10-15%
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify new account opportunities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from cold email outreach to product demonstrations and closing
- Use consultative sales approach to educate customers and build long-term relationships
- Maintain pipeline in Salesforce and exceed quarterly metrics and quota
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers for complex or enterprise-level merchants
