You'll build end-to-end systems leveraging modern AI models as components for thoughtful products at OpenEvidence, the most widely used medical AI platform. Your work directly impacts >40% of US clinicians through product-led adoption. You'll take end-to-end ownership of projects, working with a small elite team from MIT, Harvard, and Stanford.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI-powered features for the medical platform
• Optimize model integration and inference pipelines
• Collaborate across teams on product and infrastructure
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python and machine learning skills
• Experience with production AI systems
• Ability to work in-person 5 days a week in SF or Miami
