🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of data engineers and data scientists
• Define data architecture vision and technical standards across engagements
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data platforms and pipelines
• Partner with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in engineering leadership roles focused on data and AI
• 10+ years hands-on experience in data engineering and modern data stack
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks
• Experience with CDPs and data integration tools (Segment, mParticle, Hightouch)

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications in major cloud or data platforms (AWS, Snowflake)
• Experience with real-time streaming (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Background in MLOps and AI model deployment
