Description

As an Associate Director on the Strategy team, you will manage a team of 5-10 digital media experts, own client relationships, and drive sophisticated media plans and analysis to deliver client impact.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years experience in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, marketing strategy/consulting, or brand management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve client challenges

Responsibilities

• Accountable for successful delivery of marketing/media services for assigned client(s)
• Partner with clients to understand business goals and build digital strategies
• Directly lead a team of 5-10 Managers and Analysts
• Provide strategic guidance on digital media planning, tactics, and measurement
• Oversee media plan development, partner negotiation, and campaign execution
