💼 About This Role

You'll lead the risk function at the Philippines' most established crypto brand, trusted by over 18 million users. You'll oversee risk governance, exchange business risk control, payment and treasury risk management, compliance, and anti-fraud for a fully regulated platform. This role offers the chance to shape risk strategy at an industry leader with both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop overall company risk appetite and policies.
• Design risk rules for spot, financial products, and OTC.
• Build risk systems for fiat on/off ramps and custodial wallets.
• Lead emergency responses to security breaches and anomalies.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of risk experience in finance or crypto.
• 3+ years as a risk leader at a top-tier CEX or payment platform.
• Expert in AML, anti-fraud, and on-chain analytics.
• Strong understanding of global virtual asset regulatory frameworks (FATF, MiCA, SFC).

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, ACAMS, CAMS.
• Experience in on-chain analytics, wallet security, or quantitative hedging.
• Experience managing global teams across multiple jurisdictions.
