Description

You will drive the ongoing development and improvement of month-end processes and accounting controls, ensuring an accurate close. You'll coordinate monthly financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant general accounting experience
• Consumer products or ecommerce experience preferred
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with a large ERP (NetSuite a plus)
• BS/BA degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare and review monthly financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
• Support external audits and respond to auditor inquiries
• Improve month-end processes and close timing while maintaining accuracy
