🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategy across earned media, digital channels, and community outreach
• Lead market-entry research and competitive analysis for new geographies
• Build and manage partnerships with mission-aligned organizations
• Directly manage a team of three, setting KPIs and coaching for growth

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing and communications or channel partnership development
• 3+ years of experience managing a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
