• Enter detailed orders into ordering system from contracts and reports
• Place orders on hold until missing documentation is obtained
• Follow up on holds multiple times daily
• Manage voicemails and emails, support Sales team inquiries

📋 Requirements

• Experience using a CRM system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Minimum two years of sales support or order entry experience
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
